What We Look For In Referrals:

• Distressed properties. Meaning: tall grass, broken windows/doors, porch filled with trash, etc. If the property seem to be neglected we'll take it!

• If the property isn't distressed, we'll grab it anyway

• Vacant or Occupied doesn't matter (we do move faster if it is vacant).

When Sending Us Properties, Include The Following:

• Pictures of property

• Address

• If you know it is occupied or not

• Brief Description

• Your name & number

Finder Fee's depends on properties, we start around 6%-8% in commission PER property (more commission than Realtors).
